Highlights of the installation :

  • Largest sorting center in France, designed to handle high volumes and diversified waste streams.
  • Robust and flexible process capable of managing heterogeneous flows, composed of : 2 parallel infeed lines with a peak throughput of 12 tph each and redundancy of mechanical pre-treatment equipment at the beginning of the line, shared automatic sorting stages, 60 sorting machines including 5 ballistic screens designed by Aktid and 21 optical sorters.
  • Tight schedule : delivery within 8 months, with performance targets (throughput, purity, availability and recovery rate) achieved in 8 weeks.
