TRIVALIS

Sorting center for source-separated waste collection.

Highlights of the installation :

  • Integration of the process into an existing building with space constraints.
  • Processing capacity of 17 t/h of low-density packaging (45 to 50 kg/m3).
  • Management of a large volume of waste despite a single line input, in order to respect the available footprint constraints.
  • Installation of a bag-opening shredder and a cardboard-removal disc screen upstream of the process.
  • Robust, high-performance process composed of :
    • 14 optical sorters
    • 3 ballistic separators
    • 2 balers, each dedicated to a specific material group. (Bypass possible between the 2 balers.)
  • Reuse of 4 optical sorters from the previous sorting center.
