Highlights of the installation :

  • Pre-sorting line positioned upstream of a plastic regeneration line (granulate flake production).
  • Fully automated line with no manual sorting, operating 24/7.
  • Depending on feedstock quality, the process separates PE and PP by color: separation of colored or floral PE from milk or carbon PE, and separation of natural PP from colored PP.
  • Simplified operation through a bypass system allowing direct shredding of bales.
  • Maintenance and spare parts stock optimization through standardization of conveyor sizes and part references.
