Highlights of the installation

  • Robust, flexible, and high-performance process consisting of:
    • 4 ballistic separators, 125 conveyors, and 2 Aktid-designed film extractors
    • 1 trommel, 14 optical sorters (PAPREC), 1 bag-opening metering hopper
    • 3 overbands, 2 eddy current separators, and 1 baling press
  • Dust extraction system consisting of 20 capture points and a centralized suction system for cleaning.
