Autopilot

A revolution in waste sorting center management

Thanks to Autopilot, Aktid offers a unique automated and intelligent control solution for waste sorting. By analyzing all the center’s data in real time, the system makes optimal decisions to maximize performance: throughput, availability, and purity.

Centralizing data for better decision-making

Autopilot continuously collects data from sensors, process equipment (PLCs, optical sorters, silos…), as well as from Aktid Smart Solutions® and third-party equipment (compressors, dust extraction systems, etc.).

This data is harmonized and automatically analyzed to provide a comprehensive and dynamic overview of the facility’s operation.

Real-time response powered by AI

Equipped with artificial intelligence algorithms, Autopilot automatically adjusts equipment settings to maintain target performance. It continuously identifies and corrects deviations related to input stream composition, throughput, or output purity.

The result: a more stable, higher-performing sorting center that relies less on human intervention.
