Gender Equality Index 2026 : AKTID achieves a score of 96/100.

Aktid France has published its Gender Equality Index for 2026, based on 2025 data, achieving a score of 96/100. This result demonstrates that Aktid’s compensation policy is grounded in fairness, regardless of gender.

In France, since 2019, companies with more than 50 employees are required by law to measure and publish their Gender Equality Index. Scored out of 100 points, this index is a valuable tool that enables companies to assess their performance in terms of workplace equality.

The index is calculated based on five indicators, for a total of 100 points :

  • Elimination of pay gaps between women and men, for comparable positions and ages or within the same socio-professional category (40 points)

  • Equal opportunities for salary increases between women and men (20 points)

  • Equal opportunities for promotion between women and men (15 points)

  • Salary increases granted to all employees returning from maternity leave, where increases were awarded during their absence (15 points)

  • At least four women or men among the ten highest earners (10 points)

At AKTID, this commitment is deeply rooted in our values: unity, cohesion, and complementarity. We are committed to ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to grow and thrive within the company, without any distinction.

We firmly believe that a company’s strength and success rely on a united, diverse, and inclusive team, bringing together complementary men and women with varied backgrounds and professional experiences. Our score of 96/100 reflects this commitment.

This result will also serve as a benchmark to assess our progress in the years to come.
