2025 Gender Equality Index (Women–Men Professional Equality)

Aktid France publishes, for the year 2025 based on 2024 data, the Professional Gender Equality Index between women and men.

In France, since 2019, legislation has required all companies with more than 50 employees to calculate and publish their Professional Gender Equality Index. Scored out of 100 points, this index is a valuable tool that enables companies to assess their performance in terms of professional equality between women and men.

The index is calculated based on five indicators, for a total score of 100 points:

  • Elimination of pay gaps between women and men, for equivalent positions and age groups or by socio-professional category (40 points)

  • Equal opportunities for women and men to receive salary increases (20 points)

  • Equal opportunities for women and men to obtain promotions (15 points)

  • Salary increases for all employees returning from maternity leave, provided that increases were granted during their absence (15 points)

  • At least four women or men among the ten highest-paid employees (10 points)

At AKTID, these principles are deeply rooted in our values. We are united, supportive, and complementary. We are committed to ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to grow and thrive within the company, without any form of distinction.

We firmly believe that a company’s strength and success rely on a united, diverse, and equal team, bringing together women and men with complementary skills, varied backgrounds, and diverse professional experiences.
