2024 Gender Equality Index (Women–Men)

Aktid France is publishing, for the year 2024 based on 2023 data, its Gender Equality Index between women and men.

In France, since 2019, legislation has required all companies with more than 50 employees to measure and publish their Gender Equality Index between women and men. Scored out of 100 points, this index is a valuable tool that enables companies to assess their performance in terms of workplace gender equality.

The index is calculated based on five indicators, for a total score out of 100 points:

  • Elimination of pay gaps between women and men, for comparable positions and age groups or by socio-professional category (40 points)
  • Equal opportunities for women and men to receive a salary increase (20 points)
  • Equal opportunities for women and men to receive a promotion (15 points)
  • All employees returning from maternity leave receiving a salary increase, provided increases were granted during their absence (15 points)
  • At least four women or men among the ten highest salaries (10 points)

At AKTID, this commitment is deeply rooted in our values: we are united, cohesive, and complementary. We are committed to ensuring that each of our employees has the opportunity to grow and thrive within the company, without any distinction.

We firmly believe that a company’s strength and success rely on a united, diverse, and equitable team, bringing together complementary women and men with varied backgrounds and professional experiences.
