Our Recruitment Process

The process generally takes place in three steps:

First Contact
An initial discussion with one of our partner recruitment agencies, who will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your background and skills.

Interview and Meeting with the Manager
An interview with your future manager—sometimes accompanied by a Human Resources representative. This is an opportunity to learn more about the company and to confirm both your technical and interpersonal skills.

Meeting with the CEO
Finally, a meeting with our CEO, who ensures there’s a strong alignment with AKTID’s values and a shared enthusiasm for tackling future challenges together.
