Features of the installation:

  • Largest packaging materials – Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in France at the time of delivery:

    • 2 regulated feeding lines, with and without bag openers

    • 15 optical sorters, 2 cardboard separators, 3 air separators

    • Film sorting using an air separator

  • Automatic sorting of 7 plastic resins: clear PET, dark PET, opaque PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and trays

  • 2 alternating sorting systems for up to 3 materials, featuring changeover signal lights and conveyors with storage capability
