• Sorting of a fibrous mix

• First French “simplified sorting” center designed to evolve and integrate the sorting of three plastic resins

Objectives of the revamping :

• Additional sorting of rejects

• Automate and reduce the proportion of recoverable materials in sorting line rejects

• Sorting of a PE/PET/PP/PS plastic mix in compliance with CITEO’s extended sorting guidelines

• Transition to the CITEO-recommended 3 plastic streams:

  • Clear PET bottles and containers

  • Rigid HDPE and PP packaging

  • Development stream recommended by CITEO

Project specifics:

• Operation of the site maintained in parallel during works

• Minimization of production line downtime
