Pre-sorting line positioned upstream of a plastic regeneration line (granulate flake production).
Fully automated line with no manual sorting, operating 24/7.
Depending on feedstock quality, the process separates PE and PP by color: separation of colored or floral PE from milk or carbon PE, and separation of natural PP from colored PP.
Simplified operation through a bypass system allowing direct shredding of bales.
Maintenance and spare parts stock optimization through standardization of conveyor sizes and part references.
