• Sorting robot equipped with two robust arms, multiple sensors, and advanced artificial intelligence, operating on the heavy-duty stream.
• Agile process with two feeding lines for separate stream treatment: a short, robotized line for heavy and pre-sorted materials, and a line dedicated to mixed streams from 0–500 mm.
• Flow mutualization for processing the 50–500 mm fraction through the robotized line.
• Efficient installation including: 2 screens (Taper-Slot and Vibra-Snap), 2 air separators, 4 overbands, an Aktid long-object trap, and an optical sorter.
